Let’s get one thing straight.
Your boobs are beautiful.
And we’re here to remind you of that.
(And that you need to check them – every month!)

We’re to remind you to love your boobs no matter what, with all their lumps, bumps, stretch marks, scars and bouncy beautifulness.

This is your sign to stop the negative self-talk and learn to love your boobs.
Love them so much that you take the best care of them.

Don’t worry if you’re not clued up on how to check for breast cancer, we’re here to help.

Because when it comes to your boobs….

They’re great,
They’re powerful,
They'll sag,
They'll stretch,
They’ll change,
There’s lumps,
There’s bumps,
Some good days,
Some bad days,
There’s pain,
There’s pride,
And always there to confide.
Boobs will be boobs, so...
Love them,
Share them,
But most importantly, check them.

Because no matter your age or family history, you need to know your normal.
Because knowing how to check for breast cancer symptoms saves lives and that’s what matters most.

We know that the idea of self-examination can be a little daunting but don’t worry we’ve got all the tips and tricks to make it as simple as possible. In fact, we’ve written an entire blog about it - check it out! (It’s a lot easier than you think).

Remember, there’s no right or wrong way to check your breasts just check them regularly and if there’s something our of the ordinary, get in touch with your doctor – you know you best!

Here are a few things to look out for:

  • Unusual lumps and bumps.
  • A sudden change in shape or size.
  • Swelling in and around your boobs (don’t forget to check the armpit and collar bones).
  • A rash or changes in the skin texture.
  • Nipple discharge.

It’s time to stop aspiring to have ‘perfect’ breasts because healthy breasts are perfect, it’s as simple as that.

Whether they sag or they’re scarred, bumpy or bruised, they’re beautiful and it’s time to embrace that.

And don’t forget... to feel your best... #FeelYourBreast!
