Valentine’s Day is one of our favourite days of the year. We love love.

This year, we’re making your Valentine’s dreams come true in our hometown of Birmingham - for three days only.

This pop-up comes with a Valentine’s twist… You’ll be able to buy a bouquet of ‘roses’ from the pop-up - but they’ll be made entirely of Lounge thongs.

Partners: when she said she wanted flowers, this is what she meant. This is the one date you don’t want to be late for this Valentine’s season.

When is it?

We’ll be in the Bullring on the 9th, 10th and 11th of February.

That’s the Friday, Saturday and Sunday before Valentine’s Day, for all you last-minute shoppers.

Where is it?

We’re in our hometown of Birmingham for this one-of-a-kind pop-up.

We’ll be on Level 0 of the Bullring, right outside M&S on the ground floor.

What are your opening hours?

Friday 9th: 10am-6pm
Saturday 10th: 10am-6pm
Sunday 11th: 11am-5pm

How much will my bouquet cost?

You’ll be able to make your bouquet as big or as small as you’d like - but the more you buy, the more you save.

1 thong - £15
3 thongs - £35
6 thongs - £55

What will my bouquet look like?

We’re glad you asked… This isn’t just any bouquet.

Your bouquet of Lounge thongs will be artfully arranged by hand, wrapped in signature Lounge-branded paper and finished with a white satin bow.

You’ll even receive a florist-style card with a 15% discount code for your next purchase with Lounge - if you ask us, that’s two presents in one.

What will you have in stock?

There’ll be 6 of our bestselling thongs to choose from, in shades of blue, red, pink, purple, black and white. You can create a rainbow, or keep it monochromatic - the choice is yours.

Will you be offering all of your sizes?

Of course, we’ll be offering all the sizes that we offer online - XS through to XXXL.

Stock will be limited, so make sure you’re first in line to grab the size you’d like.

What time should I arrive?

We love a pop-up… and it seems our community does too 😉

We’re expecting big queues at our Birmingham pop-up, so we’d recommend visiting us as early as you can to make sure you can get the perfect bouquet.

Do I need to sign up for a time slot, or buy a ticket?

It’s a no to both. Whether you’re just walking past and fancy popping in, or whether you’ve made the trip to Birmingham to see us - we’ll be ready and waiting to build your bouquet.

Will I be able to use my student discount?

Absolutely. If you can show us a valid UNiDAYS Student ID, you’ll get a 15% discount on your bouquet. Who says you can’t make Valentine’s Day special on a student budget?

Will I be able to pay with cash?

Our Birmingham pop-up will be card-only, with no option to pay with cash, Amex, or any Buy Now Pay Later options.

Will I be able to try the thongs on before I buy?

There won’t be any fitting rooms at our Birmingham pop-up, as the thongs will be pre-made into roses.

Can I return my purchase?

We hope you love your bouquet of thongs, but if you or your loved one aren’t completely satisfied, you’re more than welcome to return your items for a refund or an exchange.

You’ll receive your bouquet in a Lounge bag with the mailing bag for each product inside, so if you do wish to return your items, just wrap your thong up in its original mailing bag and register your item via our Returns Portal.

Can I return an order I placed online at the pop-up?

We won’t be able to accept returns for any orders at the Birmingham pop-up.

If you’ve placed an order online or in a Lounge store and want to make a return, all you need to do is register your item(s) via our online Returns Portal and request a refund or exchange.
